ACM’s journey took a pivotal turn in 1988 when it changed ownership, passing into the capable hands of Mr. Johnny L. Gabayan III, who acquired the company for Php250,000.00 only. To realize this vision, Mr. Gabayan enlisted the services of managers Joselito L. Gabayan, Elmer Mendoza, and Sabrina L. Gabayan to oversee the production, accounting, and marketing departments, respectively.
