ELASI Philippines is incorporated in October 1993 and started  operations in March 1994 doing assembly of RF and microwave components,  magnetic heads and transformers. Recently, ELASI Philippines acquired  major interests in existing operation to add to its capability the  assembly of Hybrid circuits and SMD products.
