Philippines, Inc. (the Company) was registered with
the SEC on Oct. 29, 1997, primarily to carry on the
business of manufacturing, provision, maintenance
and development of semiconductor test systems and
peripherals, and the provision of advisory services on
those types of systems and facilities.
The Company is wholly owned by Advantest
(Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in
Singapore in 1996. The Company’s ultimate parent
company is Advantest Corporation, a company
incorporated in Japan.
