Based on Advanced Rugged Technology (ART), the ART2K5TFUS and ART2K5TFUG are 2500 W LDMOS RF power transistors, designed to cover a wide range of applications for ISM, broadcast and communications. The unmatched transistors have a frequency range of 1 MHz to 400 MHz.
